By downloading, installing, or using TwoTonight, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Use of the App

TwoTonight provides curated date plan suggestions. You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the app content without permission
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the app
• Post harmful, offensive, or misleading content in comments

User Content

When you create date plans or post comments, you retain ownership of your content. By posting, you grant TwoTonight a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display your content within the app.

Subscriptions and Purchases

TwoTonight offers optional in-app purchases and subscriptions. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Venue Information

Date plan information including venue names, addresses, and descriptions is provided for informational purposes. We do not guarantee venue availability, pricing, or accuracy. Always verify with the venue directly before visiting.

Disclaimer

TwoTonight is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any experiences, injuries, or losses that may occur during your date outings.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time for violation of these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
