Tablao Cordobes flamenco was raw and powerful, nothing like the touristy stuff. Get the show-only ticket, the dinner isn't worth it.
Los Caracoles spit-roast chicken is legendary but book a table — we waited 30 mins on a Friday. Try the snails too if you're brave.
The snails were actually delicious, don't knock them till you try them!
